60.15. For the purposes of paragraph 2 of section 60.13, the proportion of the amount of registration fees for Québec is the product obtained by multiplying the monthly fees determined in section 87 or 90 by the number of calendar months, including parts of a month, less 1, between the date on which the registration comes into effect and the following 31 March.
